This website provides details on the history and development of Bartley Herbarium, its significance to our knowledge of Ohio's flora, its future home in the Porter Hall addition (under construction), taxonomy and flora projects conducted on the Ohio Flora here at Ohio University, and a brief biography of Floyd Bartley. The associated website for the Appalachian Ohio Herbarium Database Network describes the new multi-institutional collaboration to establish "Ohio Flora" specimen databases at selected herbaria in southeastern Ohio. It provides details on progress of the project at each member institution, features of the database system, and other facets of the broader project.
